With operations in more than 40 countries, our team of talented professionals works together to create entertainment experiences that are both universally and regionally beloved. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Content & Brand Insights team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading various content research tasks, including pilot testing, advertising testing, concept testing, brand health tracking, and more. You'll work closely with our Senior Manager, Content & Brand Insights, to provide actionable insights that inform development, programming, marketing, and strategy decisions for our portfolio of linear and streaming services. **Responsibilities** * Assist with project management across all aspects of qualitative research (including logistics and coordination, assessment of discussion guides, stimuli control, and note-taking) and quantitative research (including reviewing questionnaires, proofing links, data analysis, and visualization) * Support and manage ad-hoc requests by researching various resources (both primary and syndicated as needed) and summarizing and communicating key insights * Create impactful presentations and deliverables using applicable data visualization and the ability to edit/distill findings * Provide insights into topics impacting our audience, including current content landscape trends and viewing behavior * Ensure exceptional and timely delivery of tasks and deliverables by managing and coordinating with internal teams and external research vendors * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research-based strategies that drive business growth and innovation **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting/leading primary research tasks – both qualitative and quantitative at a media/entertainment company, marketing and advertising agency, research provider, or brand consultancy * Solid project management experience – knowledge of content research is a plus! * Self-starter with passion, energy, and exuberance to shape the future of content * Confident presence – strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening) * Exceptional organization, time, and project management skills * Dedication to delivering high-quality work; unflagging interest in detail * Flexible; embraces new assignments with a can-do mindset as priorities change * Collaborative and able to work across multiple teams and establish strong relationships * Skilled at data visualization and creating impactful presentations and deliverables **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced computer skills; Keynote and SPSS experience a plus * Experience with entertainment research and demos, including preschoolers/kids/teens/parents a plus **Required Education** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Psychology, or Sociology **Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe that our people and partners are at the heart of everything we do.
