Responsibilities As a Retail Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Generating retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the blithequark network. Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or GED. One or more years of work experience. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. While experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, and customer service experience are not required, they are highly desirable.
