Take detailed notes during interviews and provide a summary of key points for evaluation immediately after the interview. Implement protocols for candidate no-shows, ensuring effective communication and troubleshoot technical issues as needed. Upload interview recordings to Temi.com or utilize Gong for transcription services, providing accurate transcripts for review. Communicate promptly with our admin team and collaborate seamlessly to ensure efficient workflows. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess: 1+ year of experience in each of 3+ industries, demonstrating your versatility and broad understanding. 5+ years of experience conducting recruitment interviews, showcasing your expertise in evaluating candidates. 1+ year of experience working remotely, highlighting your ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment. 1+ year of experience using Zoom, ensuring you're comfortable with our primary interview platform. 1+ year of experience working with a collaborative team, demonstrating your ability to work cohesively with others.
