Responsibilities As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our members Looking up Medical Benefits, such as benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisite, and coverage to provide accurate information to our members Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, including Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, and other related benefits to ensure our members receive comprehensive support Processing claims inquiries, including resolving issues related to billing and payments Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries to ensure a smooth experience for our members Addressing Grievances/Complaints in a professional and empathetic manner to resolve issues promptly Performing billing tasks, such as making payments, transaction history, and premium inquiries to ensure accurate and efficient processing Managing LEP inquires and disputes to provide support for members with limited English proficiency Assisting with material requests, including ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs to ensure our members have access to the resources they need Providing self-help options, such as member portal, to empower our members to take control of their healthcare Providing local locations to pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist to ensure our members have access to convenient and quality care Experience Required for Your Success To excel in this role, you will need: At least a High School diploma or equivalent to demonstrate your foundational knowledge and skills Minimum of 18 months Call center experience to showcase your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service Healthcare background, which is a plus, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment to demonstrate your proficiency in using technology to support your work Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure efficient and accurate processing Strong written and oral communication skills to provide clear and concise information to our members Ability to display empathy and care in your interactions with our members to provide a positive and supportive experience Dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds, with a wired connection (Wireless access/WIFI is not permitted) What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package and a range of benefits to support your well-being and career growth.
