Job Overview The Remote Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through consultative sales and service techniques. This role requires a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who can work effectively in a remote environment, providing support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. The successful candidate will be educated in all aspects of our business, including print, signs and designs, and transportation, and will be able to propose solutions and provide arrangements to meet clients' needs. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, using consultative skills to understand client needs and propose solutions Take complex client orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information Collect, package, and ship merchandise for delivery, ensuring that all items are properly prepared and dispatched Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using client-provided unique media and reports Maintain a safe, clean, and accurate retail location, including cleaning, repairing, and stocking all retail location printing and shipping equipment and supplies Process financial transactions using a Retail location terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change Stay current on retail location marketing materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage Take proactive measures to prevent errors and waste, and complete required financial paperwork and reporting Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education 6+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box Ability to lift 55 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending, kneeling, and twisting Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment Knowledge of print, signs and designs, and transportation products and services Experience with order systems and financial transactions Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
