Job Description As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an outstanding customer experience. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your role will involve responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, and providing information about arenaflex’s services and policies.
