As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing client license portfolios, implementing and releasing business license services, and ensuring seamless customer onboarding experiences. Your expertise in project management, customer service, and data analysis will enable you to drive business growth, maintain customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Manage client license portfolios and ensure successful implementation and release of business license services Coordinate and direct the onboarding process, including managing the completion of work by other team members and teams Handle risk and issue management, planning and resource scheduling, and scope management to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery of projects Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal partners, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer experiences and business growth Analyze data and maintain complex spreadsheets to inform business decisions and drive customer success strategies Participate in the development and implementation of process and project management standards to ensure consistency and excellence in our services Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business, management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of consultative customer service, account management, or project management experience Legally authorized to work in the USA Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and direct multiple projects and teams Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to maintain complex spreadsheets Preferred Qualifications 5 years or more of consultative customer service, account management, or project management experience Demonstrated knowledge of process and project management standards, including Agile methodologies Experience with CT business practices, processes, products, and services Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inform business decisions and drive customer success strategies Certifications in project management, such as PMP or Agile, are highly desirable Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
