You'll receive expert guidance, study materials, and support to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam. Once you pass, we'll assist you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in. **Responsibilities** As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in resolving complex consumer issues, advising first-level representatives, and providing exceptional support to policyholders. Your key responsibilities will include: * Resolving high-level consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on complex issues * Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns * Providing support for policy changes and recommendations * Supporting policyholders' needs by adjusting and adapting as necessary **Qualifications** We're seeking fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 6 months of customer service experience (minimum) * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * 6 months of Call Center experience (preferred) * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to meet the following internet connection requirements: * Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps * Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace **Join the blithequark Family** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a culture of inclusion, diversity, and positivity.
