Your key responsibilities will include: * Resolving high-level consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on complex issues * Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns * Providing support for policy changes and recommendations * Supporting policyholders' needs by adjusting and adapting as necessary **Qualifications** We're seeking fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
