Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development. **Job Summary** We're looking for a seasoned remote contact center agent with previous experience in providing end-user phone and email support in a remote contact center environment. As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for receiving incoming calls, emails, and live chats, resolving concerns, and assisting customers with product-related issues. You'll also have the opportunity to recommend additional products and services based on customer needs and requests. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive incoming calls, emails, and live chats for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions, resolving concerns and assisting customers with product-related issues * Provide medium to light tech support to assist callers with password resets or locating purchased items via client site * Recommend additional products and services based on customer need and request * Recommend system improvements based on knowledge of system issues * Work in a high-volume, metrics-driven contact center environment, handling between 75-150 calls per day, averaging about 3 minutes each * Operate in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and meeting strong production deadlines * Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to our 3 A's: Attendance, Attitude, and Aptitude **Requirements** * Proven track record of adhering to our 3 A's: Attendance, Attitude, and Aptitude * At least 2-3 years of experience working in a remote call center environment with a separate office space setup in which there is no background noise * Technically savvy to assist members with varying degrees of computer and smartphone issues, as well as self-correcting your own computer issues * Bilingual in Spanish a major plus * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Ability to listen actively to sensitive information and maintain confidentiality * Quick learner, dedicated to excellence, and strong multi-tasking skills * Strong "phone voice" with proper diction and the ability to "hear you smile" * Experience with InContact, Zendesk, Slack is beneficial but not required **System Requirements** * Dedicated remote working space with no background noise * Ability to run CHROME browser with VPN connection with no less than 10mbps internet download speeds and a compatible hotspot should internet outages occur * Ability to provide own dual monitors and noise-canceling headset **Benefits** * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Work from home * Opportunity for advancement and career growth **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour * 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 5:00pm EST * Opportunity to work with a variety of clients in the financial, e-commerce, medical, non-profit, and tradesmen industries * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
