Key Responsibilities Offer friendly assistance and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external clients Work in a collaborative spirit to ensure the success of our organization Provide exceptional client support to individuals seeking to use our services, handling their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Manage all aspects of customer interactions, including handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment Check in clients and their baggage, handle phone inquiries, and resolve issues or complaints in a courteous and efficient manner Manage transactions expected to board the aircraft in a timely and efficient way Handle sensitive client situations, such as oversells, delayed or canceled services, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, and resolve issues quickly and within established guidelines Provide current and accurate information to clients and other guests, answering general questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Complete forms and reports as required by the organization Compose anomaly and complaint reports as needed Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job Ability to understand documents, follow instructions, learn and understand procedures, rules, and regulations Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful conditions Ability to complete customer support training program with a 80% or greater average and a probationary period Awareness of hazardous situations and ability to handle emergencies on a case-by-case basis Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turns of services Ability to present a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the arenaflex handbook and work arrangement Ability to perform all job functions within a limited space Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems Excellent written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or a related field Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems Ability to speak multiple languages Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
