As a remote customer service representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing top-notch support to our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Engaging with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. * Gathering and accurately documenting customer information to ensure seamless communication and resolution. * Providing friendly, professional assistance and resolving inquiries efficiently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence. * Following established processes and guidelines for customer interactions to ensure consistency and quality. * Meeting individual, team, and department performance goals, while continuously improving your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong preference for call center experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and problem-solving abilities. * A computer with MS Windows 7, 8.1, or 10, high-speed internet access, and a reliable cell phone or landline telephone. * Accurate keyboarding skills and familiarity with Windows-based software. * Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong desire to help others. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. * Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. **Work Environment & Requirements** This role requires regular interaction with customers and the ability to handle multiple communication channels.
