Responsibilities As an Overnight Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues Upselling if required Qualifications We are looking for fearless people – individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
