Ethics: We act with integrity and transparency in all our interactions. Job Summary As an Outreach Ambassador, you'll be responsible for obtaining client referrals for our centers in Vermont. This is a part-time role that requires regular and reliable attendance, excellent project management and time management skills, and the ability to multitask. You'll work closely with local healthcare providers, autism advocates, and community partners to drive patient referrals and build strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Establish, grow, and maintain long-term relationships with local healthcare providers, autism advocates, and community partners to drive patient referrals. Manage our Outreach Database Information to ensure accurate and up-to-date records for mailings, newsletters, and outreach-related duties. Complete a set number of phone call/email contacts each month, as determined by the VP of Talent/Brand/Community Engagement. Schedule and arrange a set number of center tours per month with community referrers, as determined by the VP of Talent/Brand/Community Engagement. Drive inbound provider leads after diagnosis and record all contacts and notes in our outreach tracking database. Support and staff ACP outreach events when scheduled and build strong internal relationships with center Managing BCBAs and Family Liaisons. Suggest outreach strategies to expand awareness of autism and ACP's service offerings, and gather information about competitors in the territory. Suggest refinements to marketing materials (print, digital, and social) to drive patient referrals and document/track mileage reimbursement reports. Essential Qualifications Must live in Vermont and be able to work during normal business hours. Excellent project management and time management skills, with high ability to multitask. Comfortable speaking with physicians, clinic office administrators; direct experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, CRM database entry, and excellent oral presentation and communication skills. Follow-up and tenacity in helping ACP meet its mission and vision. No prior criminal history. Preferred Qualifications Experience in outreach, marketing, or sales. Knowledge of ABA and interdisciplinary services. Experience working with healthcare providers and community partners. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft 365 Suite and CRM database entry. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
