As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and data analytics solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. Your expertise will span the entire data science lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model development, deployment, and maintenance. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and data analytics solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Work with large datasets, including clickstream data, A/B experimentation, and other relevant data sources * Develop and maintain data pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and storage * Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, and analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation * Collaborate with data engineers and other data scientists to develop and maintain data infrastructure and tools * Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field * At least 6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field * Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant languages * Experience with data science tools and technologies, including AWS, Snowflake, Blaze, and Scikit-learn * Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning * Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field * Experience with deep learning techniques and frameworks, including TensorFlow or PyTorch * Experience with natural language processing and text analysis * Experience with data engineering and data infrastructure, including data warehousing and data governance * Strong understanding of cloud computing and data storage technologies, including AWS and Azure * Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and growth.
