Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Technology Analyst - Workday Data Migrations, you'll be responsible for: * Applying your expertise in analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project systems, requirements definitions, and testing to resolve a wide range of issues * Collaborating with other Technology Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within their area of expertise * Staying up-to-date with current advancements within your field * Identifying strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems * Estimating effort and value for solutions * Applying business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures * Verifying data and carefully reviewing and checking the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work * Establishing or following prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on continuous improvement * Expressing thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration * Screening program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation * Performing other work duties as directed by your Supervisor's Chiefs **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field * Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement * Strong knowledge of technical conditions * Strong knowledge of software development methodologies * Excellent collaboration, communication, and discussion skills when working with various teams and external partners * Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into practical solution proposals * Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented climate * Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks * Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of fulfillment in all responsible work; willing to coach others to do the same * Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjects **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience with Workday Data Migrations * Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools * Experience with agile project management methodologies * Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies * Experience with data migration and integration tools **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Technology Analyst - Workday Data Migrations at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic and innovative team that's passionate about delivering exceptional results.
