With 50 years of experience, approximately 48,000 employees, and operations in more than 40 countries, we're committed to addressing healthcare's most complicated challenges – now, and in the future. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders for medical supplies. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our customers, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming phone calls from customers, caregivers, and referral sources regarding various medical supplies * Process orders for new and existing customers, collecting necessary information for insurance billing and collecting payment as needed * Operate company-provided hardware and navigate multiple computer programs to address customer concerns * Consult with supervisors or team leads on complex and unusual problems * Adhere to business processes to ensure all work is done compliantly and in accordance with regulatory standards * Navigate multiple systems and consult with internal resources to provide order status updates and achieve first-time call resolution * Interpret insurance terminology, plans, and documentation, and explain it in an easy-to-understand way * Explain our products and offerings to customers to ensure compatibility with customer conditions * Identify and communicate appropriate next steps and expectations to customers based on system messaging, insurance requirements, and order placement process * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and coworkers at all times **Qualifications** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or equivalent work experience * 2-4 years' experience in high-volume call centers, where communication and active listening skills have been utilized * Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home setting * Prior experience working with Microsoft Office * Prior experience working with order placement systems and tools * Customer service experience in the healthcare industry * Root cause analysis experience * Familiarity with call-center phone systems * Excellent phone skills with a focus on quality * Previous experience achieving daily call center metrics, including average handle time, adherence, average speed to answer, and QA **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate: $15.75-$18.50 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, health savings account, 401(k) savings plan, and more * Opportunity to work from home, full-time * Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity of thought, experience, and background * Professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **What We're Looking For** * A customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Experience working with customers in a high-volume call center environment * Familiarity with medical supplies and the healthcare industry * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we want to hear from you!
