Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and vendors to ensure that events are well-promoted and executed. Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement. Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements. Maintain accurate records of event planning and execution, including budgets, timelines, and attendee feedback. Essential Qualifications To be successful as an Event Coordinator at The Little Gym, you will need: A sincere love of children and a passion for event planning. A background in fitness, such as athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, or kinesiology. Experience working with children, such as preschool teaching or assisting, daycare, sports camps, or similar experience.
