Job Overview In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, with a particular focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads management. You will communicate directly with clients, coordinate tasks, and perform a range of administrative duties to support our CEO. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google Adwords and Shopping campaigns Communicate directly with clients through our project management system, Basecamp Coordinate tasks and projects with team members and stakeholders Provide administrative support to our CEO, including graphic design, report preparation, and data analysis Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team to ensure high-quality content Develop and implement lead generation and follow-up strategies to drive business growth Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives Essential Requirements Based in the Philippines Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Experience with Facebook Ads management, or willingness to learn and develop skills in this area Experience with Google Ads management, or willingness to learn and develop skills in this area (Google Certification is a plus) Proven experience working with English-speaking employers or clients Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power and backup systems Graphic design skills, using Canva or similar platforms Preferred Qualifications Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, and online lead generation Knowledge of SEO principles and practices Experience with project management tools, such as Basecamp or Trello Google Analytics certification or experience with data analysis tools Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
