Our Support team is the first point of contact for the Roadie community, and we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, partners, users, and community members. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **What You'll Be Doing** As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing phone, email, and text-based support to Roadie customers, partners, users, and community members, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. * Addressing all customer concerns politely, using active listening skills to understand and confirm the information, and balancing efficiency and speed in addressing questions or issues. * Proactively monitoring in-progress deliveries and taking corrective action when necessary to ensure seamless delivery experiences. * Managing non-standard delivery situations with professionalism, empathy, and urgency, and effectively communicating with customers to resolve issues. * Utilizing Salesforce and other internal tools to accurately log interactions and solve issues, and collaborating with team members from various Roadie departments to ensure seamless delivery experiences. * Working closely with the Support team to resolve complex issues, and contributing to the development of processes and procedures to improve customer support. **What You Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A combination of sales, customer service, or related experience, preferably with a technology or logistics company. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with diverse personalities. * The ability to quickly and efficiently problem-solve and troubleshoot, and adapt to changing requirements. * Comfort with a fast-paced environment and ability to navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity. * Proactive approach to resolving issues and a willingness to learn and grow. * Ability to work a schedule comprised of non-standard shifts, including evenings and weekends. * Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required. **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
