Your primary responsibilities will include: * Learning our software product and providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels (email, chat, phone, etc.) * Collaborating with our development team to identify and resolve product issues, ensuring a seamless user experience * Contributing to the creation and maintenance of our help center documentation, ensuring that our customers have easy access to the information they need * Testing our product and reporting any issues you encounter, helping us to refine and improve our platform * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to our development team when necessary **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in native-like English, as you'll be communicating with customers and writing documentation in English * Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (a plus if you have experience with DNS setup and configuration) * Basic understanding of how DNS works, including setting up CNAME and CAA DNS records * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team * Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues * Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be a significant advantage: * Experience working with online course platforms, software products, or web hosting services * Familiarity with DNS setup and configuration, including CNAME and CAA DNS records * Strong technical skills, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues * Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) **Job Perks and Conditions** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive salary of $300 USD per month, negotiable based on experience * Full-time freelance position, with the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule (8 hours a day, with most hours in the morning and afternoon of your timezone) * Opportunity to work in your own timezone, without the need to adapt to our European CET timezone * Flexible schedule, with the ability to take 20 days of leave per year * Access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and helping our customers achieve their goals.
