You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, answering questions, solving problems, and maintaining our reputation for high-quality service. This role requires independent and self-directed performance, working closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients. * Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications. * Handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information. * Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification, with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist. * Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education. * Resolve patient and customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience. **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone. * 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application. * Must reside in the state of Nevada. * Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting. * Knowledge of insurance, health care, and reimbursement-related requirements. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and personalized support. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
