You will assist with an array of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. You will also be responsible for resolving complex issues related to Medicaid and Medicare benefits, and for providing exceptional customer experiences to our members and partners. **Responsibilities** * Answering in-coming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc. * Requires high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable, use of Wi-Fi is not permitted. * Company provides equipment and training. * Training Schedule: (First 6 weeks) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday * Production schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday **Key Skills and Qualifications** * Strong customer service skills and experience in a call center setting * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare policies and procedures * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Experience with working remotely in a call center setting preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Medicaid and Medicare * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment * Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is committed to creating a work environment that is supportive, collaborative, and rewarding.
