Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative (Remote) at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide inbound customer support to our healthcare clients. You will be the first point of contact for members with insurance-related needs, including inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. Your goal will be to provide a positive and welcoming experience to members, being empathetic and answering their inquiries thoroughly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support and greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member Navigate multiple systems efficiently and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and be eager to learn new technologies Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation. You should have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience and a verifiable High School diploma or GED. Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge are also required, as well as proficiency in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
