Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative (Remote) at arenaflex, you will be working with one of our leading healthcare clients, assisting members with their insurance-related needs. Your role will involve providing inbound customer support, greeting customers in a courteous and professional manner, and assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs. You will be part of an organically diverse team from 40 countries where all members contribute and support each other's success and well-being, united as "One arenaflex." Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support to members with their insurance-related needs, including inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures. Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus. Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member. Be efficient in navigating multiple systems and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation. You should have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, a verifiable High School diploma or GED, and basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. You should also be proficient in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and be eager to learn new technologies. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the healthcare industry or customer service experience in a remote work environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels. Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
