Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class customer experiences through effective communication, troubleshooting, and coordination skills. You will have the opportunity to work from home in a hybrid schedule after demonstrating position competencies and maintaining key performance levels. Key Responsibilities Deliver a world-class customer experience through effective communication, including answering customer calls in a timely manner, actively listening to concerns and requests, and providing accurate information to assist with their issue or answer their question. Create a personal customer connection with friendly conversation and empathize with their concern, showing appreciation for the customer's business and loyalty. Resolve customer issues with proven troubleshooting techniques, escalating unresolved issues to the second level of support as needed, and striving to make troubleshooting steps as effortless as possible for the customer. Accurately document each customer call so a coworker can reference if needed on a future call, and assist coworkers by sharing knowledge, offering tips, and providing access to helpful resources. Show appreciation when a coworker assists you or another team member, and demonstrate a positive and supportive team player attitude. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential and preferred qualifications: Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required 2+ years Customer Service based duties - Required Typing proficiency and skill to use a personal computer and multiple software packages Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask High energy, positive attitude, engaging personality, and ability to communicate effectively Preferred Qualifications Associates Degree - Preferred 1+ years Call Center experience - Preferred 1+ years basic knowledge of mobile devices (PDA, MDA, Apple/Android products) - Preferred 1+ years Tier 1 Technical Support or Helpdesk - Preferred Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality of work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
