With a diverse talent pool drawn from the United States, Canada, Philippines, India, Colombia, and more, we offer clients deep cost savings and a range of services, including operational support, customer service, digital marketing, and technology solutions. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client * Primary work will be application data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses * Transferring data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems * Sorting and organizing data * Involved with either voice or non-voice processes, as required * Managing either inbound/outbound calls in a professional manner * Verifying information provided to our client by 3rd party entities by using online databases to cross-check information * May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company **Why We Think This Job is Great** * It's a full-time, 100% remote position where you'll work from home, enjoying the flexibility and convenience of a hybrid work setup. * You'll have clear goals and the training resources you need to deliver.
