Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As the face of our customer, you will be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You will be interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting customers as they begin and end their journey, and doing it with a smile. Your role will be critical in providing a positive, professional, confident, and insightful experience to help solve customer travel problems and make their journey memorable. Key Responsibilities Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer Working every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the very highest standards Navigating challenges by being consistent but adaptable, retaining composure, and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally Collaborating with others, supporting your colleagues, and helping them achieve success with new processes and technologies Essential Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum of 18 years old Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging Legally eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship Able to meet the company attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry Strong knowledge of airport operations and procedures Ability to speak multiple languages Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary range of $27-$35 per hour, as well as a range of benefits and perks to support your well-being and career growth.
