Experienced B2B Sales Professional Needed – Online Learning & Adaptive Engagement Solutions - Contract to Hire

We are a custom learning solutions company specializing in high-impact online training and eLearning development. In addition to traditional eLearning projects, our parent company has developed an adaptive engagement platform, and we are expanding our offerings with microlearning modules designed to drive behavior change and measurable performance improvement. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to help us grow this business by identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and closing deals. This is not transactional selling, our solutions are consultative and often involve stakeholders in learning & development, HR, sales enablement, and compliance. What You’ll Be Selling: • Custom eLearning and online training solutions • Adaptive engagement and microlearning programs • Enterprise and mid-market learning initiatives • Solutions tailored to specific business outcomes What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience selling B2B services or SaaS (learning, HR tech, enablement, or enterprise solutions preferred) • Strong consultative selling skills and comfort leading discovery conversations • Ability to explain complex offerings in clear, business-focused terms • Experience working independently and managing a sales pipeline • Familiarity with remote selling and digital collaboration tools Nice to Have: • Background in learning & development, instructional design, or training technology • Experience selling to HR, L&D, or sales enablement leaders • Existing network in corporate training or enterprise services Engagement Details: • Flexible, remote engagement • Compensation structure open to discussion • Opportunity for ongoing work as the partnership grows To apply please include: • A brief summary of your relevant sales experience • Examples of similar solutions you’ve sold • How you typically approach selling complex or consultative services We’re looking for a true partner who can help us articulate value, open doors, and close meaningful work.
