Job Summary and Key Responsibilities The Graduate Assistant - Men's Basketball position is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience for individuals interested in pursuing a career in coaching or college athletics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for: Developing relationships with coaching staff and team members to assist with team operations Assisting the head coach in planning and running team training sessions Recording and reviewing games and practices Assisting with scouting reports and recruiting efforts Coordinating travel planning and scheduling Providing mentoring, tutoring, or other assistance to athletes as needed Conducting oneself in a professional and ethical manner at all times Developing and demonstrating a working knowledge of NCAA compliance rules Completing all University-required trainings, including FERPA and Title IX Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Have completed a bachelor's degree Be accepted and enrolled full-time (at least six credit hours per semester) in a master's degree program (M.S.E.
