Your primary objective will be to identify product selection gaps and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to attract new sellers to our platform, maximize our product selection, and expand our customer base. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve vendor issues and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitor competitor efforts. * Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. * Guide sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues. * Develop and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and customer base. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree required. * 1-3 years of success-driven sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, generation, retail, FMCG industries. * Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs. * Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning. * Remarkable commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills. * Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities. * Comfortable with complex financial data.
