Executive Director, PeaceWorks on Campus

Remote Full-time
Executive Director, PeaceWorks on Campus PeaceWorks Foundation (Full-time, Remote, United States) PeaceWorks on Campus is designed to ensure that the next generation of American policymakers and thought leaders—particularly those destined for roles in Washington, D.C.—is committed to advancing peace between Israelis and Palestinians. In a campus environment increasingly characterized by polarization and hostile rhetoric, the program strategically intervenes to educate, inspire, and equip future policy influencers with a nuanced understanding of peacebuilding. The program does so by bringing pairs of Israeli and Palestinian peacebuilders to American universities to talk about their work on the ground and vision for a path forward. In the program’s inaugural year (2024-2025), the team visited 26 campuses, interacted with over 130 faculty members, and reached 1,200 students through 56 unique events, which included classroom visits, large department-sponsored forums, and engagements organized by students for their leadership groups. PeaceWorks is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Executive Director to lead its PeaceWorks on Campus program. This role requires a leader with the strategic insight to chart a path for program growth, coupled with the operational expertise to manage day-to-day activities effectively. This is a unique opportunity for a smart, entrepreneurial individual who is eager to build on the program’s inaugural year, scaling its impact and positively shaping the dialogue on university campuses nationwide.
