ETF Pricing Engineer

Old Mission is a global proprietary trading firm focused on leveraging technology and research for profitable trading strategies. They are seeking an ETF Pricing Engineer to support daily operations, collaborate with traders, and build automation tools for ETF pricing workflows. Responsibilities Support daily trading readiness and data quality workflows Automating workflows that support ETF pricing such as corporate action processing, parameter updates, and listing onboarding Integrate new data sources and extend pricing pipelines as coverage expands Build tools to analyze ETF pricing Investigate data quality issues and coordinate resolution with traders and developers Own daily pricing system readiness Skills 1-4 years of experience writing Python professionally or on substantial projects Proficient with SQL and Linux/Unix environments Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working early mornings (operational by 7am CT) Demonstrated ability to take a problem, break it down, and figure out how to solve it without hand-holding Genuine interest in learning how ETF trading and financial markets work Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a small team where responsibilities shift based on what needs doing A background in ETF or capital markets is a plus Nice to have experience with data pipelines, reconciliation, or financial datasets Benefits Fully paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Fully stocked kitchen; free breakfast and lunch every day on-site Tuition Reimbursement Program 401(k) with employer match Paid Vacation, Sick, and Parental leaves Commuter and Flexible Spending Programs In office M-F with 10 remote days per year Company Overview Old Mission is a global, multi-asset market maker.
