This position is full time (8 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST . It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 1 week of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule. Primary Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding enrollment applications, initiating an enrollment, forms, questions regarding the online portal or their accounts. • Process applications for enrollment. • Respond to customer questions via the Live Chat option on the web. • Respond to all customer inquiries in a manner consistent with department protocols and quality standards. • General knowledge and ability to troubleshoot customer issues according to established policies, procedures, and practices. Required Qualifications: • High School diploma / GED OR equivalent experience • Must be 18 years of age OR older • 2 years of call center experience • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday. Preferred Qualifications: • Understanding of the healthcare industry and the information exchange between providers, clearinghouses, payers, and employers • Troubleshooting skills Telecommuting Requirements: • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy. • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service. The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 - $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
