As our Digital and E-Commerce Analyst, LATAM Distributor Markets, you are responsible for implementing strategy, driving execution, and ensuring optimization as defined by the Digital and E-Commerce Lead. You will directly support the LATAM Distributor Market Digital and E-Commerce Lead in accelerating Coty's e-commerce presence, ensuring flawless product launches, optimizing distributor platforms, and driving commercial growth through actionable insights and operational excellence. The team consists of the Digital and E-Commerce Analyst working closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Distributor partners. You will report directly to the LATAM Distributor Market Digital and E-Commerce Lead, collaborating across multiple markets to accelerate Coty's digital growth. Responsibilities • Support strategy: Partner with Digital and E-Commerce Lead to deploy initiatives, identify optimization opportunities, and drive commercial impact. • Execute launches: Coordinate product deployments, monitor PDP performance, and conduct site audits for accuracy and compliance. • Analyze performance: Use data tools to surface trends, generate insights, and recommend actions that enhance conversion. • Share best practices: Aggregate market learnings, curate insights, and identify whitespace opportunities to strengthen brand visibility. • Coordinate operations: Maintain trackers, agendas, and ensure timely communication across multiple markets and stakeholders. • Create recaps: Develop PowerPoint presentations summarizing executed work across markets, highlighting key outcomes, insights, and next steps. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • 3+ years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or marketing roles • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and PowerPoint (storytelling/presentations) Nice-to-haves • Experience in prestige/luxury or mass beauty brands, ideally Fragrance and Makeup • Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies • Autonomous, decisive, and strategic thinker Benefits • Hybrid schedule: two in-office days per week, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time • Exposure to global beauty brands and LATAM distributor markets • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Apply tot his job
