Dispatcher (Hotshot / Flatbed – Remote) Company: Hopsway Enterprise Location: Remote (Texas preferred) Job Type: Full-Time / Contract About Us Hopsway Enterprise is a veteran-owned dispatching company that helps owner-operators and small carriers run efficiently and profitably. We specialize in hotshot and flatbed freight across Texas and nearby states. We’re hiring a Dispatcher to manage daily operations for a dedicated hotshot truck — booking loads, communicating with brokers, and keeping freight moving smoothly. Responsibilities • Find, negotiate, and book loads for 40-ft gooseneck hotshot equipment • Communicate professionally with brokers, shippers, and drivers • Prepare and send rate confirmations and dispatch documents • Track loads from pickup to delivery • Maintain organized load and payment records • Build positive broker and carrier relationships • Manage up to three (3) carriers maximum under this role • (Optional but rewarded) Recruit new drivers or carriers to join Hopsway Enterprise Qualifications • Experience using load boards (TruckStop, DAT, 123LoadBoard, etc.) • Knowledge of hotshot or flatbed freight preferred • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented • Self-motivated and proactive • Reliable phone and internet access Schedule & Pay • Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST • Flat rate: $300 per week (paid weekly) • Performance raise: Additional pay increase available when new drivers/carriers are recruited • Training: 1 week of paid training to learn our dispatch systems and processes • 100% remote position Why Join Hopsway Enterprise • Veteran-owned company built on integrity and growth • Supportive leadership and consistent schedule • Clear training and room for advancement • Opportunity to help shape a growing carrier network How to Apply Submit your resume or short message explaining your dispatch experience, equipment types you’ve handled, and why you’d be a great fit for Hopsway Enterprise.
