As part of our agile Goal Based Profiling Squad, the Director collaborates closely with developers, designers, and partners to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our users. Responsibilities • Collaborate with developers, designers, and partners to develop innovative financial planning tools. • Ensure solutions meet the evolving needs of users. • Combine big-picture vision with practical execution. • Work across business units and teams to ensure the best client experiences. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years' professional experience or Master's degree with 10+ years. • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation is a plus. • 3+ years in financial planning experience, with project management or product development background preferred. • Client-facing or distribution experience is a plus. • Experience working with deployment and enablement teams to bring digital experiences to market. • Product development skills, including crafting business requirements and understanding system requirements. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and frequently ambiguous environment. • Strategic thinking about end-to-end experiences, implementation, and measurement.
