This “player-coach” role offers the opportunity to build the customer success function while directly managing top accounts in finance and legal sectors. You will own onboarding, adoption, retention, and revenue expansion, while also designing scalable playbooks and KPIs. To succeed, you must bring proven quota-carrying experience in a SaaS customer success or account management role and experience supporting Legal, Finance, or other high-compliance industries. Ideal candidates will have a track record of building processes, driving adoption, and achieving expansion revenue targets. This role is highly visible, reporting directly to the CEO, with strong potential to grow into a senior leadership position.
