Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative in our PBM division, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from members and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You will provide personalized support to help members understand their coverage and options, simplifying their healthcare experience. Our call centers have a high-energy culture, and we are passionate about providing excellent customer service with empathy while resolving member questions on the first call. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls from members, answering questions and providing information about pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that members receive the support they need to understand their coverage and options. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Adhere to CVS Health's policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience. Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Ability to maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements and a secure workspace free from distractions. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare-related field. 6 months of work-from-home experience.
