In this role, you will represent one of our leading healthcare clients, assisting members with their insurance-related needs. This includes addressing inquiries about benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices, all while providing a positive, empathetic, and professional experience. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support, resolving technical issues and healthcare-related concerns. Assess inbound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs, maintaining a strong customer focus. Demonstrate patience and compassion while working collaboratively as a team player, utilizing available resources to achieve the best outcomes for members. Navigate multiple systems efficiently to deliver expert customer experiences. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. A verifiable High School diploma or GED. Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. The ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, having experience in the healthcare industry or previous work in a call center environment can be beneficial. Additionally, possessing skills such as: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support.
