This includes addressing inquiries about benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices, all while providing a positive, empathetic, and professional experience. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support, resolving technical issues and healthcare-related concerns. Assess inbound calls to accurately and efficiently address members' needs, maintaining a strong customer focus. Demonstrate patience and compassion while working collaboratively as a team player, utilizing available resources to achieve the best outcomes for members. Navigate multiple systems efficiently to deliver expert customer experiences. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
