Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. Process reservations and payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Costco Travel's products, promotions, and policies. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the company. Continuously develop and improve customer service skills and knowledge of travel industry trends. Follow company procedures and guidelines for handling customer information and transactions. Represent Costco Wholesale in a professional and positive manner at all times. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes and services to enhance the customer experience. Adhere to company standards and regulations for health, safety, and security.
