Position Details: • Type: 1099 Contractor • Location: Remote - Massachusetts (must be licensed and based in the state) • Contract Length: Open Scope of Work: • Complete tasks assigned by the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker in a timely manner. • Possess experience with real estate contracts within Massachusetts. • Use company-provided tools and communication methods. • Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance. • Review all files in the Transaction Management System within 48 hours. • Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies, providing explanations and assistance. • Support compliance efforts with the Broker team. • Other duties as assigned.
