Job Title: Content Creator – BASH Boxing Location: Arlington, VA Employment Type: Part-Time About BASH: BASH Boxing is more than a workout—it’s a movement. We combine high-energy boxing, strength training, and community to deliver an unforgettable fitness experience. As we expand our brand and reach, we’re looking for a creative, driven Content Creator to help us capture the energy, grit, and passion of BASH and share it with the world. Role Overview: As our Content Creator, you’ll be the storyteller behind the gloves. You’ll create engaging content that showcases our classes, coaches, members, and brand culture across digital platforms. From filming workouts to crafting social media campaigns, you’ll play a key role in growing our community and inspiring people to step into the ring. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms • Film and edit high-impact workout videos, coach spotlights, and member testimonials • Create graphics, reels, and promotional assets for events, challenges, and campaigns • Write compelling captions, blog posts, and email content with a strong fitness voice • Collaborate with coaches and marketing team to capture authentic in-studio moments • Stay on top of fitness and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging • Track performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement What We’re Looking For: • Experience creating fitness or lifestyle content (personal brand, gym, studio, or wellness company) • Strong video editing and photography skills (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Canva) • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities • Passion for boxing, fitness, and community • Comfortable on camera and able to direct others during shoots • Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools • Bonus: Certified personal trainer or group fitness instructor Perks: • Competitive pay and flexible schedule • Access to BASH classes and studio perks • Creative freedom and growth opportunities • A high-energy, supportive team culture • Opportunity to build your personal brand while growing ours Ready to punch up your creativity?
