As a Project Manager with Target Contractors, you'll have the chance to lead diverse teams, engage with a variety of stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations and services. Our Core Services • Demolition: Licensed and comprehensive demolition services for a wide range of projects. • Environmental: Specialized in asbestos and lead abatement and environmental remediation, including lead encapsulation services. • Material Recycling: DHEC-approved yard for concrete, brick, and asphalt crushing service, along with sales of aggregate, mulch, and fuel pellets. • Trucking: Extensive trucking options for material, waste, and heavy equipment transportation. Your Role and Responsibilities As a Project Manager at Target Contractors, you'll be at the forefront of managing and executing our portfolio of projects. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role demands strategic planning, resource management, and effective communication to align project goals with client expectations and company values. Projects last on average 6 months and the Project Manager will work from their home office and travel on average 70% to job sites. Key Qualifications • Proven experience in project management within the construction, demolition, or environmental remediation industry. • A strong commitment to safety, with a deep understanding of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance. • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. • Willingness to travel as needed to ensure the success of projects across the United States.
