Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Tech Lead
We’re looking for a technical visionary and strong executor in one — someone who can code, design scalable architecture, lead a dev team, and take full ownership of our technology direction. You should thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, love building high-performing systems, and have a passion for fintech or blockchain innovation. What You’ll Do • Lead the technical team (frontend, backend) and stay hands-on with critical parts of development (approx. 70% coding / 30% leadership). This 70/30 ratio is going to change as your team will expand. • Review code to optimize and mitigate bugs • Solution architect - design and set up architecture in GCP • Oversee system security, stability, DevOps, and infrastructure on Google Cloud. • Collaborate with the CEO & Product owner on product roadmap, strategy, and feature prioritization in Scrum Framework • Define and implement technical standards — CI/CD, testing, code review, and security best practices. • Build and grow the engineering team, hire top talent, and establish a high-quality delivery culture. Who You Are • Senior developer / architect with experience in fintech, crypto, or exchange systems. • Proven ability to deliver working products in a startup environment (ideally pre-seed to Series A). • Comfortable hiring, mentoring, and managing engineers. • Strong knowledge of C# (BE) , React / Apply tot his job
