Job Duties and Responsibilities of Call Center Sales Representative: • Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers. • Assess customer needs and provide the best-value solutions. • Maintain resilience and focus to achieve sales targets. • Manage time efficiently while handling customer interactions, system navigation, and real-time data entry. • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and competitive advantages. • Deliver excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships.
