Business Analyst Lead- ERP (or CRM) Systems: Our Business Analyst plays a crucial role in the software development process by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with employees in remote offices and the 3rd party development team to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure the successful delivery of software products. Responsibilities: • Team Lead/Supervisor: 3 years of supervisory experience is desired to oversee and guide the team of 3 Business Analysts. Good Analytical skills to help manage logistics is needed. • Learning the Software: You’ll be trained on the ins and outs of the software, becoming an expert in its features, capabilities, and configurations. • Implementation Planning: Develop a plan for how the software will be rolled out and integrated into the organization's existing systems and processes. • Configuration: Configures the software according to the organization's needs and requirements. This involves setting up user accounts, permissions, workflows, etc. • Training: Conducts training sessions for end-users and administrators within the organization. This includes creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support. • Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensures that the software is working correctly and meeting the organization's needs. This may involve testing various scenarios, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring data integrity. • Deployment: Manages the deployment process, coordinating with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the new software. • Support: Provide ongoing support after the implementation, answering user questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices. Skills: • Strong technical skills related to the specific software being implemented. • Excellent communication skills to effectively train users and communicate with stakeholders. • Problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during implementation and post-implementation support. • Customer service skills to provide a positive experience for users and stakeholders. • Travel: For the next 24 months there will be approximately 25% travel to the various branches in the Midwest to implement the new ERP system and train end users Apply tot his job
