Brand Strategist/UX Strategist

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Brand Strategist/UX Strategist for a fully remote role based in New York, NY. This is a long-term W2 contract opportunity. Positioned within the Corporate Services Group, this team acts as a bridge between Design, HR, and Brand, ensuring that internal initiatives, campaigns, and systems align seamlessly with the organization’s brand identity and culture. There is no application deadline for this role. Brand Strategist/UX Strategist Responsibilities: • Oversee design strategy, structure, and updates for the company’s internal digital platforms. • Ensure the intranet reflects brand voice, visual identity, and culture consistently. • Manage information architecture, content flow, and engagement metrics. • Plan, prototype, and deliver internal campaigns that align with key HR and corporate milestones. • Translate complex messages into engaging visual and written storytelling. • Work closely with HR partners to align on goals and strategy. Brand Strategist/UX Strategist Qualifications: • An elegant portfolio showing UX, Product, Service, Brand, and/or Experience Design. • Deep understanding of brand systems and corporate identity. • Skilled in design thinking, strategic communication, and content experience. • Strong sense of organization and ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. • Fast-moving, detail-oriented, and able to prototype ideas quickly. • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills. • Curiosity and ability to identify emerging opportunities for brand and employee experience. • Experience in brand strategy, internal communications, creative project management, or digital design systems.
