An opportunity is available for a licensed Audiologist to provide specialized hearing services within a K-12 educational setting. This contract position spans the current school year and is located in Fremont, CA, offering the chance to support students’ auditory health and learning capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations for students, including hearing screenings and diagnostic assessments. • Develop individualized treatment and intervention plans tailored to students' needs. • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to optimize student communication and learning environments. • Monitor and maintain audiological equipment and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. • Provide counseling and support to students and families regarding hearing loss and management options. • Document and report findings following school district and professional guidelines. Qualifications: • Valid Audiologist license and credentials. • Experience working within pediatric or school-based environments preferred. • Strong understanding of audiological assessments, hearing aid management, and auditory therapy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and school personnel. • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate records.
