Attorney - Litigation (Fully Remote)
Leading national defense firm is seeking an Attorney licensed to practice in Kansas, with 4-15+ years of experience to join their growing Workers' Compensation team. Prior experience in Workers' Compensation is not necessary. Open to Senior Associate, Counsel/Partner level candidates. A portable book of business is not required. Experience in any of the following areas is preferred: Insurance defense, Personal injury, Tort, Workers' Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Auto/Transportation, Civil litigation (claimants' side or defense) or related practice areas. Also, open to Plaintiffs or Defense side experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for growth who can work independently fully remote, yet work collaboratively as part of a larger national team.
