Airbnb Co-Host

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, flexible, and organized Airbnb supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth stay at several different homes in and around Toledo. You'll also oversee quality control as it relates to cleaning, turns, lawn and landscape and general maintenance. Your primary responsibilities will be to manage guest expectations, report maintenance issues, manage cleans / cleaners as it relates to quality control. Duties • Check each and every clean before a new guest arrives • Manage and maintain several cleaners through a property turn app. • Train cleaners on proper procedures • Assist guests with inquiries about their stay and troubleshoot any issues • Keep track of supplies in a centrally located storage garage and ensure it and owners closets on properties remain fully stocked. • Handle all phone, texts and emails with professionalism, quickly answering questions and responding to inquiries. • Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing any concerns promptly. • Leave reviews and responses on Airbnb. • Deal with maintenance issues and coordinate repairs and necessary upkeep as needed. Qualifications • Past experience in a role with strong customer service. • Past experience with property management or hospitality would be preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Experience in restaurant or hotel environments is advantageous. • Ability to drive to multiple locations in a day. All within a 15 minute drive or less of central Toledo. • Reliable vehicle is critical. • Flexible schedule, this is not a 9-5 position. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team to create an enjoyable experience for all guests.
